During our recent stay at the Holiday Inn for a corporate retreat, I was impressed by what the hotel had to offer, particularly for business travelers. The 24-hour business center was well-equipped, providing an ideal environment to work remotely and attend to important tasks while away from home. The lobby was welcoming, and I appreciated the convenient placement of the elevators right next to the entrance, making the flow in and out seamless. The indoor pool and fitness centre offered a nice touch for unwinding after a long day of meetings. During one evening, the atmosphere in the restaurant was less than ideal, as some adults disrupted the family-friendly environment with intoxicated behaviour, which was concerning given the presence of children. I believe the hotel could benefit from reminding patrons about maintaining decorum in family areas. Nonetheless, the staff's professionalism stood out, particularly the friendly check-in team and dedicated housekeeping employees who worked tirelessly in challenging conditions, maintaining the hotel’s standards. Holiday Inn stands out as a solid choice for business travellers seeking both convenience and comfort.
